All inclusive, apart from:

• Electricity will be charged at 6.50 Baht/unit (kilowatt/hour). Water is included.

• The Townhouse does have a washing machine suitable for personal clothes laundry.

The refundable Security Deposit is 40,000 Baht (can be paid at Check-IN in Baht/Euro/USD).

100% of the rental is payable upon reservation.
