8 bedroom Rock Pool Villas very nice and peaceful  8 bedroom holiday villa and gets its name from the magnificent natural rock formation in the gardens of the villa and the large turquoise swimming pool.

The 600 sqm of tropical gardens are beautifully landscaped with natural vegetation.

The Villa can only be rented as 5,6 7, or 8 bedrooms accommodation each with its own private bathroom and large shower.

The villa is constructed in a U shape form around the 7×8 meter swimming pool with a 6 person Jacuzzi and large sundeck equipped with sun loungers for your comfort.

The villa comprises of building wings with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, living area,dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen.

The second wing houses 2 bedrooms  and bathrooms , all these 5 bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.

The third wing joins the pool area by a nice outdoor terrace covered with a roof.

Upstairs we have another two bedrooms one of which is the grand master bedroom and another bedroom with a office for your convenience.

Downstairs from the terrace you will find guests bedrooms with bathroom and large TV room and also the spa areas with steam sauna, Jacuzzi and massage table. (we can arrange for masseuse to attend the villa at a charge)

All bedrooms not rented will be locked.

Rental Conditions

50% deposit required upon booking by bank transfer (non refundable)

50% remaining rental payable  2 weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer.

A security deposit of 1300 euro, or 1700 usd must be paid on arrival to cover any damages that be be caused to the villa.Security deposit will be repaid prior to checking out of the villa.

Check in times is 2 pm and check out is 12 pm, early or late  check in or check out is a possibility but must be arranged with management. depending on incoming clients.

Transfers to and from airport are included in your rate.

Welcome fruit basket on arrival

Full time housemaids/ service are available from 8 am to 3 pm daily 6 days per week.

Hi speed fiber Optic is free for all guests.

Massage and spa areas are available, if you need a massage therapist please book with manager.

Electricity and water are an extra charged by the meter reading with guests on arrival and departure.

Cost of electricity per unit is 6 baht/k watt and water 50 baht per unit.
