This 4 bedroom  villa has its own covered parking, and a small green lawn around the house.

On the ground floor a spacious living room, sitting area with sofa U – shaped, with​ Internet​ TV channels (about 150 channels), high speed internet Fibre Optic, WI FI. Dining ​area – ​large dining table.

Also on the first floor there is a fully equipped Aircon​ kitchen: refrigerator side by side, washing machine, ironing board and iron, oven, dishwasher, stove, kettle, blender and all necessary equipment and utensils (pans, casserole, salad, deep and shallow dish , dishes, cups, glasses, cups and saucers, forks, spoons, knives).

Also on the ground floor is one bedroom (bedroom number 1) with two single beds (can be transformed into a single bed) and bathroom (shower, toilet).

All rooms are air-conditioned (in the villa are all AIR CONDITIONER“​Daiki “​)

On the second floor of a small living room with a leather sofa – transformer (​like​in cinemas), a balcony, and ​3 bedrooms with private bathrooms.

The master bedroom (bedroom number 2) has a  king size bed, a separate dressing room, a spacious bathroom (bath, shower, toilet) and balcony.

The third and fourth bedroom – queen size beds and bathrooms with showers and toilets.

All rooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans.
