Natai Beach Facilities

At Natai there are extremely few facilities of any sort to be found on Natai Beach; it’s simply not that sort of a place.

You will find no wandering peddlers, no beach chairs or umbrellas, no beach massage cabanas; nothing except the sun, sea and sand, with the occasional hotel or villa resort between the tall casuarina trees.

There is one beachfront restaurant (which is not attached to a resort) – Rabian Lay Thai seafood – which serves typical Thai dishes for a typical sort of Thai price of 100 to 200 baht each.

The nearby town of Khok Kloi has a much greater choice of cheap eateries, as well as ATMs and convenience stores.

There is a public pier along the beach, where the local fishermen land their day’s catch, making it a busy place early in the morning or late in the afternoon.

It is very quiet for most of the day, with just a couple of long-tail boats moored by the beach.

Natai Beach

Instead, you will find only coconut groves and flowery lagoons along the quiet road which runs parallel to most of the beach.
