About Thai Smile Properties! It was born from the base of 2 other very successful businesses, Phuket House Rental and Rental Property Phuket. Keith Jansen (Australian) and Sao Jansen (Thai) started these businesses over 6 years ago. Over the years they grew them from the ground up. Consequently they have gained knowledge over many years of trial and error.
Due to the ever moving times Keith and Sao felt they needed to take their businesses to the next step. They wanted to include Property Sales apart from just Rentals. Furthermore they also felt that Commercial Properties and Businesses would be a great fit. This new and exciting expansion seems like the next step for there business therefore new infrastructure and systems needed to be added.
Scott Wellington (Australian) and his wife Nana Wellington (Thai) have been close friends of Keith and Sao for many years. They have watched Phuket House Rental and Rental Property Phuket businesses grow and when Keith informed them of there next move, Scott and Nana was a great fit to help them expand.
