Long Term Rental available  12 months @ 75,000 per month 

•         50% Deposit payable upon reservation – reservation held for seven (7) days to allow deposit payment.

•         Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of Deposit

•         Residual monies to value of quote payable upon Check-IN.

•         20,000 baht Security Deposit (refundable) payable upon Check-IN, in cash in Thai baht or foreign currency

A Refund Policy of:

•         50% on cancellation 30 days or more prior to Check-IN.

•         25% on cancellation between 15 – 30 days prior to Check-IN.

•         No refund on cancellation less than 15 days prior to Check-IN
