CANCELLATION POLICY

• Within 45 days of the arrival date forfeits the full amount paid.
• If the residual amount is not paid by the due date OR In the event of a cancelled booking by the Client, (for the whole time or any part thereof ) the deposit and any subsequent amount is not refundable unless the property is re booked for the entire period.

PAYMENT TERMS

• To book the villa we require a 50% deposit and the balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
• The Security Deposit is 25% of the total rental cost or 1800 USD whichever is the greater. This can be paid on arrival in cash and will be returned to you before departure once the villa has been checked.
